The No Logo is a festival, but it is also a place of exchange, sharing and conviviality, which wishes to convey a message of values to its festival-goers. We are very attentive to the environmental problems that surround us, and we want to put forward alternative consumption systems that are accessible to everyone. Today we want to highlight a restaurant owner who will be present at the festival to enjoy his delicious dishes and thus satisfy your cravings in an ethical and conscious way!

On the festival this year, a small food stand will flourish, where everything served will come from a single small Franc-Comtoise farm on a human scale. Everything, from beginning to end, will come from the production of this farm. Bread, cheese, meat, vegetables, cereals … What to taste a hot, consistent, appetizing and especially: conscious!

Aware of what will you say ?! Aware of its environment! Because to consume what is around us is to reduce the carbon impact that the transport of the food could have to us. Because working in a short circuit (directly from the producer to the consumer) means reducing intermediaries and thus ensuring a descent remuneration and a solidarity towards small producers. Because consuming the season is far more environmentally friendly and producing a diet without pesticides and other unnatural matter is taking care of our land …
