So here we are, ready to tell you the rest! First of all, note the dates in your diary now, the eighth edition of the festival will take place on August 13, 14 & 15, 2021 at the Forges de Fraisans! We’re expecting many of you to celebrate the better days ahead !
For everyone who had a ticket for 2020 :
– Your ticket will be valid for 2021, you don’t have to do anything !
– Refunds are available now.
For those who didn’t have a ticket, there are two ways to support you !
Here are in detail the different options available :
1 / KEEP YOUR TICKET FOR 2021
You don’t have to do anything, you keep your ticket, and a new ticket with a new QRCode valid for the 2021 edition will be sent to your purchase email address in the coming months.
2 / REFUND
Ask for the refund before 15/06/2020. Take your ticket number, go to our website, ticketing tab, click on “refund”, let us guide you! During the process, you will be able to choose to refund all or just part of the ticket. Click here.
3 / HEADING TO 2021
From now on, we are writing the sequel, and more than ever, pre-sales will be essential to succeed in building the 2021 edition. If you didn’t have your ticket in 2020, or if you got your ticket refunded, buy your pre-sale ticket now for the eighth edition of the festival.
